Few things have thrilled Owen more than his little red wagon.  It's ancient, having been recently resurrected from years of sitting outdoors (at least I believe that was the case, based on the age and condition).  It was full of water when we got it, and dull with age.  It's the perfect gift.  0 cost, unlimited uses.  He sits in it, gets pulled around in it, crawls in and out of it and generally loves anything that has to do with it.  We've had it for a few months and it is still the closest thing to a guaranteed fun toy at any time.  We have videos and pictures galore documenting the success of this little wonder, but the few pictures below will have to suffice.
